He has over 20 years of experience working with fiberglass and wood as well as over 10 years experience with customer service. Colleen has been an active part of the Portland boating community since 2003 and is a member of both the Oregon Women’s Sailing association and the Small Yachts Sailing Club of Oregon. Colleen continues River City Sailing’s dedication to excellence through her customer services skills, knowledge of sailboats and her love of sailing. Colleen has a long history of helping people learn how to sail and how to fly. She started her career as a Flight Instructor in 1979 and has been helping people master the forces of nature ever since.

Justin graduated from the University of Oregon in 2005 with a degree in International Economic Development and Business. Besides handling our marketing, advertising and business development campaigns Justin is very involved with the Oregon Entrepreneur’s Network (OEN) an Oregon non-profit dedicated to fostering local startup ventures. Justin has cruised throughout the Caribbean and Latin America, as well as competed in a number of international and local sailing regattas. Most recently, Justin was part of the 2007 J24 Fleet Championship Team here in Portland OR.
